Our gelatinized wheat is produced by heating the wheat kernel to around 160°C, causing it to “pop”. This heat treatment supports digestibility by making the nutrients (especially protein) more accessible for the animal.
Barley Nutriflakes are produced using a process designed to create large, robust flakes with minimal waste and dust. Heat treatment partly gelatinises the grain before it is rolled into coarse flakes—giving a strong physical structure and reliable handling.
