Only certified non GMO soya beans of good European quality with max. 0.5 % brown heat damaged beans are used as raw material.
The toasting of Soya beans at R2 Agro is carried out with precise process control in order to ensure the product against over or under treatment.
The toasting is based on energy from natural gas. The toasting brings the urease activity and the content of trypsin inhibitors down to the requested level for use in different feed mixes – and down to the allowed level.
Toasted dehulled non GMO Soya beans are primarily used in muesli feed for calves, piglets, horses and fish. The toasting is necessary in order to fully utilize the protein.
Toasted dehulled Soya beans are a excelent suitable replacement of Soya bean meal and vegetable oil in feed mixes. As a side benefit the product contains lecithin which in several tests has proved to have a positive effect as an emulsifier.
