Liquid acidifier with antioxidative properties

ProtectOx™ DW is a liquid acidifier for preservation and support of the gastrointestinal function in poultry. Besides a high content of organic acids. ProtectOx™ DW contains polyphenols with antioxidative effect, having a positive impact on animals exposed to stressful situations, as for example heat stress.

ProtectOx™ DW contains:

Organic acids with a strong antibacterial effect which reduces growth of harmful bacteria
Polyphenols with antioxidative properties, which reduce the damage of oxidative stress within the animal and strengthens the natural defence

Packaging

25 kg cans, 225 kg drums or 1100 kg IBC ́s

Application:

Depending on initial water pH add ProtectOx™ DW to the drinking water up to 0.2%. Optimum pH of drinking water is 4.0. Can be secured by pH-measurement of drinking water.

Chicks:

During the first 7 days of life.

For growth performance:

Use ProtectOx™ from day 21 – until slaughter.

For supporting normal heart function under heat stress conditions:

Use ProtectOx™ from day 1 to slaughter.
