Hygienic bedding that supports sow and piglet health

DefloSan® is a natural hygiene powder that creates a dry and hygienic environment in pig housing. It supports sow udder health, reduces piglet mortality, and helps prevent infections in the farrowing pen. DefloSan® also improves hoof health, reduces ammonia emissions, and minimizes flies and larvae. By promoting a clean and stress-free setting, it supports better mobility, lowers the risk of tail biting, and contributes to stronger, healthier piglets from day one.

Instructions for use

DefloSan® is applied at 50 to 150 g/m2. Repeat as needed.

  • Farrowing pens: daily as needed, dosed with 50 grams per m2, or as needed. This is to ensure a clean and dry environment for the animals in and around the houses, as well as a solid floor.
  • Sows, sections with piglets, fattening pigs, and other sections: 2-3 times per week, with a dosage of 50 grams per m2, or as needed to ensure a clean and dry environment for the animals.

Consumption

  • DefloSan® contains highly absorbent minerals that binds ammonia and natural botanical compounds with good antimicrobial effect for improving animal performance and overall environment in livestock barns.
