DefloSan® is a natural hygiene powder used as part of the daily bedding routine in dairy barns, deep litter systems, and calf hutches. It keeps the environment clean and dry, helps prevent digital dermatitis and other hoof issues, and reduces the risk of mastitis to support udder health and milk quality. DefloSan® also minimises flies, larvae and dust, creating a more comfortable barn climate and promoting better mobility and well-being in your herd.

Instructions for use

DefloSan® is applied at 50 to 150 g/m2. Repeat as needed.

WITH CATTLE AND CALVES

General: 2-3 times per week, a dosage of 50-100 grams per m2, or as needed to ensure a clean and dry local environment.

Consumption

DefloSan® contains highly absorbent minerals that binds ammonia and natural botanical compounds with good antimicrobial effect for improving animal performance and overall environment in livestock barns.

Application

Ruminants:

Deflosan is used in the daily cleaning routine for the bedding.
- Beds stalls: after cleaning is applied Deflosan.
- Deep bedding: under and over the straw.
- Calf cabins: under and over the straw.
Deflosan can reduce the occurrence of digital dermatitis and other hoof and limb disorders.
Deflosan is effective minimizing larvae, pupae and flies.
Deflosan is helping for a clean and dry environment.
Reduced Risk of Mastitis: DEFLOSAN helps reducing the risk of mastitis in dairy cows, promoting udder health and milk quality.

Storage

Must be stored in dry conditions. Shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture in original, unopened packaging.
