Corn Gluten meal is a dried product resulting from the extraction of starch from maize. It is composed principally of gluten obtained during the separation of starch.
It consists of a coarse powder, with a bright golden orange color. Because of the high content of protein, it is a good source of protein in feed for all types of animals.
