Acidification of organic milk for calves

BioDigester™ is a complementary feed for acidification of organic milk for calves, containing dextrose, pectins, electrolytes (Na+, K+, Cl-) and lactic acid bacteria, which together have a positive impact on the calf ́s gastrointestinal system.

BioDigester™ contains:

Lactic acid bacteria acidify the milk and reduce growth of pathogenic microorganisms
Pectins protect the intestinal wall and bind toxins
Dextrose provides easily absorbable energy and stimulates absorbtion of Na+ from the intestine
Electrolytes contribute to optimal salt and fluid balance

Application

Administer 15 grams of BioDigester™ per 10 litre of milk (35-40 °C) just before feeding to the calf. BioDigester™ should be used right from the start of milk feeding after birth.

Consumption

2.5 kg are enough for approx. 1700 kg of milk.
