Making everyday life easier

We aim to make working life more flexible and manageable. Our well-organised 9/10 scheme makes it possible for employees, through careful planning of their work, to take every other Friday off.
Even as a smaller organisation, we have our own HR department to provide support when needed.
Through our extended healthcare scheme, included in our pension agreement, employees and their children have access to fast support when it matters.

Working on site

At R2 Agro, we believe that a strong sense of community and collaboration is best built when we work together in person. That is why physical presence is an important part of our working culture. Employees are expected to work from their usual workplace address, unless another arrangement has been agreed with their manager.

Social activities

A good workplace is also about enjoying time together. Our social activities committee creates a calendar of events twice a year, and all activities are supported by the company. This helps strengthen relationships across the organisation and adds energy and connection to everyday work.

Transparency and information sharing

High transparency is important for us. Every Monday at 9:00 a.m., all employees gather for a shared information meeting, ensuring everyone is informed about both small updates and bigger developments across the business. In addition, we hold further information meetings with deeper insights into financial results and progress in the company’s strategic direction.
