Once a year, all employees at R2 Agro take part in choosing the Culture Carrier of the Year. The award recognises a colleague who, in the eyes of their peers, truly lives our culture values in everyday work.
The process often brings forward several strong candidates, along with many personal examples of why they deserve recognition. Together, these nominations show how our values are lived, seen and felt in daily work. A selection of these reflections offers the strongest expression of what our culture looks like in practice.
