Application process

We want our recruitment process to be professional, transparent and respectful. If you apply for one of our open positions, you can expect the following:

Step 1

All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager, with primary focus on the professional qualifications required for the role.

Step 2

Candidates selected for a first interview will typically meet the hiring manager, a potential future colleague and HR. At this stage, the main focus is on professional competencies and level of experience. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to present a case.

Step 3

The second interview is usually conducted by the hiring manager and HR. Here, the focus is on personal fit and alignment with the organisation, the team and the manager. As part of this stage, we use the DISC profile tool.

Step 4

We work actively to reduce bias in our recruitment process and use systematic tools to support fair and objective decision-making.

Step 5

Candidates who have attended an interview and are not offered the role will receive a personal phone call with the outcome. You are also welcome to ask for specific feedback. For candidates we have not met in person, detailed feedback is often more difficult to provide.

Step 6

Reference checks are part of our process, so we encourage candidates to be prepared for this.

Your first weeks at R2 Agro

  • Your own tasks, through hands-on training and support from colleagues
  • Your colleagues and their areas of responsibility
  • The organisation as a whole
  • Our culture - the “invisible ink” that shapes how we work and how we do things at R2 Agro
We believe a strong start creates the best foundation for both performance and job satisfaction.
