Documented safety from raw material to final product

At R2 Agro, feed quality assurance is more than a certification – it’s a commitment to delivering consistent performance, maximum safety and full traceability in every product we supply. With all products produced under GMP+ certified standards, we meet the highest international requirements for feed safety across more than 70 countries.

From sourcing to delivery, every link in our value chain is tightly controlled. We work exclusively with non-GMO raw materials and certified suppliers, and we register every ingredient by batch number on arrival at our factory. This allows us to ensure full traceability and consistent quality throughout the entire feed manufacturing process.

Our quality system is built on three pillars:

GMP+FSA assured

You get a business partner who is GMP+ FSA certified. This is your guarantee for products, which are manufactured according to the strictest feed safety requirements.

GMP+ GMO controlled

We produce without genetically modified raw materials and are certified according to the standard GMP+ FRA GMO Controlled, which is equivalent to the VLOG standard.

Organic authorization

We are organically authorized and have a product line of supplementary feed products for organic production. Find us at: TRACES - Organic operator certificates.

All products comply with all relevant Danish and EU feed legislation and are subjected to the HACCP principles according to Codex Alimentarius to ensure safe handling.

R2 Agro is GMP+ FSA certified and registered with The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration as both a feed producer and trader. Our quality management system is built on HACCP principles and Codex Alimentarius.

We operate under a certified GMP+ FSA system with full traceability, annual recall testing, and a structured supplier approval process. This ensures consistent quality and fast response in case of any issue.

Yes. We only use non-GMO raw materials, and we are certified under GMP+ GMO Controlled – equivalent to the VLOG standard.

Yes, we are organically authorized and offer a dedicated product line for organic livestock production. You can find us on TRACES - Organic operator certificates.

Yes. All our feed products fully comply with current EU feed legislation, including Directive 2002/32/EC on undesirable substances, as well as the Feed Hygiene Regulation (183/2005).

Absolutely. Our products are continuously monitored to meet EU limits for contaminants such as dioxins, PCB, PAH, melamine, heavy metals, aflatoxins and other undesirable substances. We never use hormones or growth promoters.

Yes. We certify that no antibiotics have been used in the production of the product or its raw materials. The product is free from all antibiotics, including Chloramphenicol, Nitrofurans and other harmful antibiotic substances.
